Ease of Construction – Building Systems and Building Kits

Over 75% of Pioneer Steel customers erect their steel buildings themselves – without the need for special tools or equipment and expensive labour. Standard 2'W x 10'L panels are easy to handle and weigh an average of only 40 lbs each.

A single sized bolt is used throughout construction – making assembly of your steel building easy for customers with no construction experience.

Our building systems and building kits are shipped with user-friendly assembly manuals backed up with a factory direct toll-free help-desk line that ensures that you are no more than a phone call away from expert help.

Start of Building Kit

Step One
Pour a simple floating foundation with a channel to receive
the steel arches.

Step 2 of the Building System

Step Two
Assemble the arches on the ground. The precision-made steel arch panels bolt together quickly and easily with one-size bolt.

Step 3 of the Building System

Step Three
Slide the steel arches into the foundation channels and raise them upright using scaffolding.

Step 4 of the Building System

Step Four
Raise the steel arches and join them together, half arches can be bolted together to form a complete arch.

Step 5 of the Building System

Step Five
Seal the arches at the base or bolt them to optional base connectors.

Completed Building Kit

Step Six
Add accessories such as insulation, doors, windows, skylights and interior finishes to your completed steel building.
